Variations of the Models

You have determined the model of your 94 Winchester.  Now you will need to determine if you have a variation within your model of the post-64 Winchester series.  

Step 2: Determine the Variation of model types

Select one of the following choices from each Model 94

bulletThe "Standard" Model 94 has a straight stock with no checkering --
bullet        The barrel is 20" - You have the Standard variation.
bullet        The barrel is 24" - You have the Standard variation with a 24" barrel.

bullet        The barrel is 20" with checkering on stock- You have the upgraded checkerd variation with full magazine.

bullet        The stock has standard checkering and caliber is 30-30 or 7-30 Waters - You have the regular XTR variation.
bullet        The stock has extra fancy checkering and caliber is 30-30 only- You have the Deluxe XTR variation.
bullet        The stock has standard checkering and caliber is 307, 356 or 375 - You have the "Big Bore" XTR variation (up to 1989).
