Pre-64 model 70 in the much sought after 30-06 featherwight. Rifle has a serial number of 338504 placing production in 1955. Redfield scope base-mount and rings come with this rifle. Nice wood, all solid and checkering still crisp. Metal with over 95% bluing. Blanks are in all of the sight dovetails for scope use. Bore is excellent on this pre-64 Model 70. A very nice hunting rifle at a reasonable price, and a gun that will maintain its 'Winchester value' over the years.
