There will be a link in your email to the appraisal information and a link from a webpage that appears after your payment is received. Occasionally your email program will stop this link from being returned or may break it into two sections and this will disable the link. If you have problems, please try copying the link into your web browser window, or contact us directly so that we may send the link in a more direct format.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect a minimum of information from customers and users. Some personal information will be gathered when you proceed to check out including but not limited to your name, physical mailing address, physical shipping address (if different than your mailing address), your email address, daytime telephone number, credit card number and expiration date and information about where you first learned about this site. In addition, to check out information we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you use our site. We do not release any of this information. We also delete your credit card information after it is entered so we do not keep any of that information on file.
