To receive a firearm from an out-of-state person or dealer, current gun laws require that you must go through a Federal Firearms Transfer process, utilizing a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer. We are currently a registered FFL Dealer and will help with your firearm transfer process.
You will need to have your firearm shipped to us. To accomplisah this transfer, we will need your contact information and the name of the seller, including the seller's fax or email and the type of gun that you are purchasing. This information can be entered directly on our web site at the following link:
http://www.homesteadfirearms.com/cart2/FFL_form.html We will send a copy of our FFL license to the seller and they will then transfer the firearm to us.
We will notify you when the gun arrives, and you can then pick up the firearm. We will do the required background check for you with the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Following NICS approval we then transfer the firearm to you.
The transfer fee is $25.00, and you may pay by credit card when you fill out the form, or when you pick up your firearm.
